Premium Estates managed a flat we rented and their service was nothing short of excellent. Setting up our tenancy was a breeze and once we had moved in, they were really quick in arranging maintenance, when required. I have dealt with several property management companies over the years and can wholeheartedly recommend Chesky, Eli and the team as they do a great job.
Communication with the agency is apt!!! Response is also quick!! House was clean and painted before we moved in. I'm happy with the agency, the house and the price.
