Staff are lovely and really helpful
I’ve literally just been in and have encountered one of the most rude interactions with a shop staff in a very long time. . I was dropping off a Vinted parcel and could sense his impatience whilst I looked for the label on my phone (there was no one else in the shop at the time and it literally took a couple of seconds). I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this shop, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I had a parcel delivered here through Vinted, and trying to get in touch with them was a complete nightmare. I called three times, and nobody bothered to answer. On the fourth attempt, they finally picked up, but instead of speaking, they left me on the line for two whole minutes while I could clearly hear them serving customers in-store.
