I had a poor experience with a previous local GP surgery where you could hardly get appointments or anything sorted with prescriptions. The receptionists at Leecon go above and beyond to help the patients which is almost unheard of in other surgeries where they are usually rude and obstructive. They remain calm and helpful to patients who become angry and anxious as they empathise with how scary it can be not to get medication that they may have run out of.
