Always fast and professional staff. Very helpful.
I had a poor experience with a previous local GP surgery where you could hardly get appointments or anything sorted with prescriptions. The receptionists at Leecon go above and beyond to help the patients which is almost unheard of in other surgeries where they are usually rude and obstructive. They remain calm and helpful to patients who become angry and anxious as they empathise with how scary it can be not to get medication that they may have run out of. I called quite late in the day for an issue with my baby (fully expecting no appointments but a bit desperate for help) although there were no appointments, Jane got me to send in photos to get a doctor's opinion which has resulted in my baby getting the treatment he needed asap. Thank you
