Fantastic experience with The Practice at The General, the team are always very welcoming, considerate and professional and clearly make an effort to make each patient feel at ease. The practice itself is state of the art, immaculately clean and you can’t help but feel a bit special upon arrival. Thank you folks!
Pretty good to start with, regrettably missed my last appointment and they stoped returning calls. Paid them £6k and the aftercare was poor.
I have been putting off getting my impacted wisdom tooth extracted for years due to fear of surgery. I finally bit the bullet and booked in the extraction with Tristan. He put me at complete ease during the extraction and it was surprisingly pleasant. I had some questions post surgery and Nikita answered them thoroughly and helped ease my anxiety. Overall it was a great experience.
