I have always had an amazing experience with the team at the poplars. They have always answered my calls and been accommodating to suit my mental health requirements. I recently moved to Hampshire and I’m actually in the process of moving back because of how bad the mental health service is in Hampshire so I felt like I needed to write a review saying they are the reason I’m returning!
Appointments promised but letters never sent out. Shocking levels of professionalism from psychiatrists. Lost paperwork. Lack of any given care plan. No one seems to know what the other is supposed to be doing. I understand the country is stretched beyond belief right now, but I do believe a lot of the psychiatrists (not all) who work at Poplars are the poorest ones available. :( Awful service. You are more likely toget better banging your head against the wall. All staff incompetent, especially Michelle Dr shwes secretary. Avoid at all costs.
