I have lived here for the past two yrs going into my 3rd yr. I love it peace all day. The changes and upgrades are excellent. The staff is wonderful Ms. Kim Gough is wonderful and a pleasure to talk too. She takes time to try and meet your every need...Thanks so much Kim
Love the new administration everyone is super friendly and you can tell the changes! Hilary the property manager was friendly and understanding of my situation!! I felt understood ! I'll suggest maybe plans or benefits for residents that have been here for a while ! Keep up the good work Alta!
I have lived at Alta over 4 years and have to say I love the changes that are being made. The Maintenance crew are always very courteous and get the job done quickly. The new staff in the leasing office are always very helpful and sweet. Kimberly in particular seems to always go above and beyond for the residents. It's nice to see the office staff go out of their way to help as much as possible . The remodeled units are beautiful and not to bad in price for this area.
I love the newly renovated apartments and team. They're very helpful and friendly with high energy, especially Jackie!
Been here a little over a month love the apartment, only thing is the floors are very squeaky, and the people upstairs walk very heavy, Some people just don't have respect for neighbors I guess, If it wasn't for my health and for my husband and our age I wish I would of gotten a 2nd floor apartment ,But other than that I love it hear,And one more thing the maintenance people are very nice,
Alta incorrectly sent me a letter stating my lease was up June 30th, and when I asked to leave, I was told they made a mistake and it wasn't actually up until July 30th. Now, I can't get anyone to help me. I have begged and pleaded several times to please exit my lease early, to no avail. I have been a resident in good-standing for 2 years. I have made no complaints in this time, have done all that has been asked of me, and even shoveled extra parking spaces and the walkways during the blizzard when no one from Alta made the... read more
