Zero stars, I do not recommend. It’s like living in a bad part of the city just more expensive. Do not move here. This place has slipped tremendously over the years. I’m one of those ppl who assume the few people writing bad reviews are either extra or not being completely honest. I was wrong. Okay, so my husband and I have been living here for 3 years now. Our first year wasn’t bad, the rent was decent, we had no community issues. It was great. So we renewed. Our last 2 years here, have been nothing short of infuriating. The water gets shut off like every month for “water pipe maintenance”, other tenants in our building constantly trash the hallways and make it look disgusting. Hire people with maintenance experience And the staff needs to have common sense and be more kind after a prospect become a resident
Stop predatory business practices. For example a $400 Month to Month fee on top of a $400 monthly rent increase during covid 19. take care of the mice and spider problem
RecommendedWe shouldn’t have to pay an amenity fee if most aren’t available right now. Besides that my apartment is lovely and very spacious. It’s also a nice area
newly upgraded apartments that are Pet Friendly. (Yup!!! Fur babies are welcome!) There are plenty free waste stations throughout the complex. also we love the dog park.

My experience here was amazing, Kimberly in the rental office customer service was out of this world ! She’s so sweet and kind if I had the money today I would have moved right in! The property is beautiful and well kept! Excellent information and resource for first time movers to know what goes into renting your first apartment!
