This is a really nice place to live. I have been here for almost 1 year and i have had nothing but good experiences. All employed here are so good with customer service and they care about their tenants. Always with a smile and above and beyond. Thank you for caring and treating us like we matter!

This place was a joke and honestly so glad I moved out. My sister and I leased apartments in the buildings next to each other, and both had so many bad experiences. From them allowing the grass to look like a jungle, to my sisters apartment flooding and not one ounce of remorse! ( pictures to prove if you'd like to see them.) she had to vacate for an entire week, and got nothing. When moving time came ( thank god) my sister never even heard back from the property manager . I lived here for a very long time and can honestly say its been great. The new management has worked hard to improve the community, not to mention their excellent customer service. Thank you all for being so wonderful. Kimberly Gough... with all the stress I had while planning my move, you made a huge part of it easier. You Rock!
Towing policy is overly harsh and to not give a courtesy warning note to a resident is terrible public relations. $250 towing fee is an outrageous expense when there is limited parking and work vehicles taking up spaces. We understand the theory but to penalize us where we live is unnecessary. We have more and more crime in our area and we want to be able to park near our homes, instead of being forced to park in another distant area and take a chance walking farther home at night. No common sense!

Great management, they're warm and friendly and professional. They take care of you.
Been here for about 3 years love it. Love the updates and changes. Just wish they would update the playgrounds for the kids.
