We've been living in these apartments since 2013 and love it. It's a nice community and we've never really experienced a major issue here. Maintenance can be slow sometimes but the assistant property manager, Kimberly always addressed every concern of mine immediately. She has always welcomed me to her office and listened to me and took care of me every time. She is the most amazing person and I wish and hope she always stays here. :)
Horrible service there no heat in winter days no one ever come to fix any problem ever no matter how many times u complain u call the office they say they r sending someone over now and still no one ever shows up. Always is so called meeting go knows about what???? Manager is never in do not ever move here save ur self some money move somewhere else thanks
We’ve had nothing but issues with transferring apartments. Ever since the latest management switch happened, whenever we call, no one answers the phone and we’ve had a leaking, rusty window for almost a year now that puddles up on our floor and window sill, which we’ve put in multiple maintenance slips for. They promise one thing and then back off of those promises as if they’ve never made them. Today I tried to call multiple times for over an hour (not during their lunch) with no answer. I have lived here a couple days so far so good neighborhood is really quiet and everything is accessible no matter which way you go. Leasing office is really nice and attentive to anything I may need move in was easy everything was organized and ready for me days before I moved in. The only issue I had was that the dishwasher was filthy upon move in and dead bugs were everywhere I feel this should have been corrected before I moved in
