I have lived in these apartments for 6 months and this is the 5th time we have had no hot water for hours - days at a time. Definitely the worst experience I have had.
Everything. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from there.
See a lot of posts with people unhappy as most people who take time to write reviews are. However, I have not had any of these issues living here the last month or so. Yes, I’ve only been here a short while but the staff and facility has been very good. Small issues that maintenance came out next day or following Monday to resolve was very nice especially going through their app I did not have to take time to get to the leasing office during their hours. All in all I’ve had a great experience so far.
RecommendedAngela at the leasing office was so helpful when it came to me moving in she managed to keep me within budget all while making sure I had the amenities needed inside my new home. Walked into the office for the first time and everyone was super nice and friendly. Angela answered all my questions and made my moving process a breeze thanks
My boyfriend and I moved out of our parent’s houses and decided to rent from here. First off, when moving day came they gave us a unit that didn’t meet the criteria we specifically discussed with the consultant when we came to check the place out a few weeks prior. We were then told there currently weren’t any units available that met our requirements.
