I needed Pamela's help when i was suffering from foot problems through my running, I didn't know what to expect really but Pamela discussed the problems I was having before examining my feet, and after a few tests and checks got to the root cause of the issue. Once she was satisfied that there were no other contributing factors, we then discussed the recovery plan and I followed Pamela's recovery program. Had a Biomechanical review with The Podiatrist. I found it extremely informative and so far haven't had a recurrence of a repetitive calf injury after taking advice on the type of shoes that matched my gait and following the exercises to strengthen areas I wasn't using. Very informative and would definitely recommend
