Malcolm responded very promptly to my enquiry and communication was excellent. He kept me updated on the ordering and arrival of supplies needed for the job and was clear about when he would be able to do the job. Malcolm arrived promptly on the allocated day and did a great job. In short, he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. I am really happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
