We stopped in today on our way back home to MO! We really enjoyed the BBQ! We also had great service! Next time we’re in NC, we’ll be coming back for sure! Highly recommend

Amazing service and exceptional staff. The food was delicious. The loaded cheese fries are great and so is the salmon, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. I wish I lived closer, I would eat here often!
Service was a little slow.
This is by far the best freaking BBQ I have ever had in my life. I visit here every time I'm in North Carolina on vacation with my family. Been going here for the last 5 years, and let me tell you there is no BBQ better than the South. I'm from Boston and I haven't touched BBQ up here for the last 5 years. Look forward to stopping in this Saturday while I'm in North Carolina on vacation.

Visited Raleigh for work and was told you must try The Pit. The hush puppies were amazing and the BBQ and carrot cake was good. Not sure if my expectations were set to high but it's good not the OMG I must eat here everyday good like I was expecting.
Solid food and great service. Hint the green beans are awesome!
