Very rude answer from the receptionist for booking an appointment. It sounds like she has no interest in my call. I just wanted to talk to my doctor about previous conditions and she just not having any sense of talking

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist, who always lacking of empathy to their patients. I hope NHS stop wasting their money to this kind of worker because we are unwell enough to deal with this kind of treatment. Very cold and seems unhappy with her job. The surgery has improved but the lady receptionist is just very very rude

Very disappointed at the reception. Called to book an appointment and I was told my account was deactivated, not feeling well and need to see a GP, asked if that could be sorted and I was told to call back in 2hours and that there are other patients waiting on the call. Complete disregard of my health, as if I don't matter but other do. Absolute not helpful.

Very disappointed with their service if patient late for 10 minutes they cancelled appointment but if patient come on time but patient have to wait 15 to 20 that’s ok??
