Staff are wonderful always willing to help. Apps are nearly always on time.
Unfortunately for me, this is the worse GP surgery I have ever had the misfortune to be registered with. Change your appointment without informing you. Receptionist that attempt to diagnose you over the phone? Poor communication. Different administrative advice and impatient GP, reminding me I had been on a call for "11 minutes" 3 month waiting list for appointment for blood tests advised by the nurse. I have has to register with a different GP surgery.

I've only just joined this practice and I haven't (luckily) had cause see a clinician yet and although I work in this sector myself I have to say the practice staff are extremely helpful, accommodating & very efficient. Keep up the good work! Brilliant!
