I can't recommend Joanna enough for support with pain following pregnancy. The physio and exercises have been really helpful and reduced the pain I was experiencing. She made me feel very comfortable and was incredibly accommodating when I needed to bring along a grumpy three month old to physio!! Thank you so much
Divya was 10/10 in sorting out some horrible knee pain I had. I had my doubts with physio but I now recommend it completely
What can I say? After several years of pain, 9 sessions with Adam have restored my faith in recovery. Always professional, the treatment has worked like a charm and I have a new quality of life.
