Following a ruptured achilles tendon last year, I have been under the care of Jon Grayson. Jon has provided an excellent physio service and advice throughout. Tailoring a recovery plan specific to my needs with the aim to getting back to active sport. Would highly recommend.
Jon has been incredible in helping me recover from a hip injury and getting me back to running again. His knowledge, support, and guidance made a huge difference throughout my recovery. I couldn’t recommend The Physios highly enough!
I would recommend The Physios without hesitation. From initial contact to walking into reception you're met by a great friendly team. I've been going (fortunately infrequently) for years for different things and each time had a positive outcome which has kept me mobile. My latest sessions have been with Mia. From my initial consultation to the final session, Mia quickly diagnosed the problem with my shoulder and did hands on deep massage, manipulation alongside a programme of exercises for me to do at home. I’ve had such a great experience at the Physios. They have a very lovely clinic, easy parking and access. Their front of house staff especially Saffy are always so welcoming and professional! As for the physio I see Johnny who is nothing short of a magician. Within 5 minutes (literally) he’d localised pain that many many many physios have failed to identify. Would 1000% recommend this service. Super happy I came here after years of searching.
