Jon has been incredible in helping me recover from a hip injury and getting me back to running again. His knowledge, support, and guidance made a huge difference throughout my recovery. I couldn’t recommend The Physios highly enough!
I would recommend The Physios without hesitation. From initial contact to walking into reception you're met by a great friendly team. I've been going (fortunately infrequently) for years for different things and each time had a positive outcome which has kept me mobile. My latest sessions have been with Mia. I’ve had such a great experience at the Physios. They have a very lovely clinic, easy parking and access. Their front of house staff especially Saffy are always so welcoming and professional! As for the physio I see Johnny who is nothing short of a magician. Within 5 minutes (literally) he’d localised pain that many many many physios have failed to identify. Would 1000% recommend this service. Super happy I came here after years of searching.
I was always welcomed by a very professional reception team who welcomed everyone by name and a smile. I was treated by Johnny for a shoulder injury and resulting frozen shoulder. Johnny used his skills/knowledge and the diagnostic ultrasound to diagnose the problems.Treatment was then to specfic areas. I had both manual treatment and injection therapy and went from very limited movement and painful shoulder to full range of movement which is pain free.
