I had an excellent experience with Jon Grayson for physiotherapy on my knee following surgery. From the first appointment, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He carefully assessed my condition, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that really helped. I highly recommend The Physios. A lovely environment with easy parking and a very warm, welcoming reception team. I saw the physio Jonny who almost immediately diagnosed my problem. I had scan to confirm the diagnosis very quickly and a steroid injection along with treatment advice. I am now so much better and have restarted activities which I had previously had to give up due to my issue. I would highly recommend The Physio's without any hesitation :-)
I would strongly recommend The Physios as the place to visit for an injury you may be concerned with. I'd recently injured my knee after a long distance hike and was in need of it looking into as the pain was preventing me from exercising or working properly. I came here with a bad back that I had been dealing with for a couple of months, making it sometimes almost in possible to move. I manage to get lucky and be booked in with Johnny within a few days off discussing my issues. I’ve seen him 3 times. Not only has my back issue gone, but also learnt the correct exercises to do to strengthen my back. Incredibly grateful that it was so easy to organise; get booked in, and get the issue sorted!
