Following a ruptured achilles tendon last year, I have been under the care of Jon Grayson. Jon has provided an excellent physio service and advice throughout. Tailoring a recovery plan specific to my needs with the aim to getting back to active sport. Would highly recommend.
Jon has been incredible in helping me recover from a hip injury and getting me back to running again. His knowledge, support, and guidance made a huge difference throughout my recovery. I couldn’t recommend The Physios highly enough!
I would recommend The Physios without hesitation. From initial contact to walking into reception you're met by a great friendly team. I've been going (fortunately infrequently) for years for different things and each time had a positive outcome which has kept me mobile. My latest sessions have been with Mia.
