Very good indeed. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly reception staff. Excellent physio service and follow up. New parking arrangements are exceptional given the location near RHH.
I have had many appointments here, and it is a thoroughly delightful place. All of the reception team are wonderful - very kind, friendly, always make an effort to remember who you are and any small details you've shared. It makes attending appointments a pleasure from the very beginning. I have been seeing Sarah for several months for an injury to my knee from running. She is thoughtful, thorough, kind, and conscientious. She really listens and has given me a series of exercises really catered to my individual needs. I know that when my knee heals and I get back to running I will be stronger and fitter because of her direction. I came to the Physios after a knee injury which has been an ongoing issue for a while. My experience here is absolutely great from day one. Jon is a great physiotherapist, he is listening to the patient and definitely finding the reasons behind the injury in addition to coming with a long term plan. I am running much better with a decent technique and stronger than ever now. Everyone in the reception team is also great, very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
Easy and efficient booking. Friendly welcome with great help and advice. First time round shoulder and this time round elbow.....excellent.
