I have been a patient of Sarah’s at the physios for about 2 months. She’s not only an excellent professional in her technique but also extremely talented with the care of her patients. Sarah listens with great attention and understands the worries and limitations. She establishes goals to achieve that are superb at motivating her patients. Sarah has been a great support to my daughter. Helping to reduce her leg pain and gain greater flexibility and strength through a series of graded exercises. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend.
I went to Sarah for over a year, and during that time was able to resolve the issues with my knee and then improved my running technique. I am grateful to Sarah for all her support, and for humouring my bad puns whenever I came for a session.
