Excellent service extremely professional and friendly staff. I originally visited the practice due to upper back pain and headaches Johnny was able to diagnose that the issue was actually my neck which had very little free movement thereby causing both the back pain and the headaches. During that first session he was able to manipulate my neck and the relief from the pain was instant he gave me exercises to do at home also was able to provide a prescription for me for an anti inflammatory which has helped with the pain. In one year, with the care and support that I have received from The Physios, I have progressed from being unable to use my left leg (due to drop foot) to having 99% feeling and use back.
Couldn’t recommend any more. I came here with a knee injury and from my first appointment my therapist, issy, really helped with finding out the real problem and where to get started. I noticed improvement very quickly thanks to her support, both with the work done in sessions and home exercises. It feels top class to be back pain free again, I can’t say how grateful I am for all the help over the past months :)
Can’t recommend Jon Grayson enough. Very knowledgeable and professional. He has got me back running on 2 occasions and in my opinion it was money very well spent. Thank you!
I am thrilled to have been discharged from The Physios after successful treatment! I arrived at The Physios in agony. The pain in my shoulder had been intensifying despite treatment (exercise sheet) from my GP surgery physiotherapist and the offer to be added to an NHS waiting list for a steroid injection for what they believed was a rotator cuff injury.
