As ever, Jon was careful to explain what was wrong with my back, and spot on with his treatment and suggested continuing exercises.
Following a ruptured achilles tendon last year, I have been under the care of Jon Grayson. Jon has provided an excellent physio service and advice throughout. Tailoring a recovery plan specific to my needs with the aim to getting back to active sport. Would highly recommend.
Jon has been incredible in helping me recover from a hip injury and getting me back to running again. His knowledge, support, and guidance made a huge difference throughout my recovery. I couldn’t recommend The Physios highly enough!
