I’ve had such a great experience at the Physios. They have a very lovely clinic, easy parking and access. Their front of house staff especially Saffy are always so welcoming and professional! As for the physio I see Johnny who is nothing short of a magician. Within 5 minutes (literally) he’d localised pain that many many many physios have failed to identify. Would 1000% recommend this service. Super happy I came here after years of searching.
I was always welcomed by a very professional reception team who welcomed everyone by name and a smile. I was treated by Johnny for a shoulder injury and resulting frozen shoulder. Johnny used his skills/knowledge and the diagnostic ultrasound to diagnose the problems.Treatment was then to specfic areas. I had both manual treatment and injection therapy and went from very limited movement and painful shoulder to full range of movement which is pain free. I had an excellent experience with Jon Grayson for physiotherapy on my knee following surgery. From the first appointment, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He carefully assessed my condition, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that really helped. All staff at The Physios were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming, creating a comfortable and supportive environment. I highly recommend The Physios. A lovely environment with easy parking and a very warm, welcoming reception team. I saw the physio Jonny who almost immediately diagnosed my problem. I had scan to confirm the diagnosis very quickly and a steroid injection along with treatment advice. I am now so much better and have restarted activities which I had previously had to give up due to my issue. I would highly recommend The Physio's without any hesitation :-)
