I have been to The Physios before but have recently been back with a compressed root nerve in my lower spine. This time I was treated by the very lovely Issy Hatch. As with all the staff I have seen there, Issy is very knowledgeable and lovely to chat to making you feel totally at ease. As I have probably said in previous reviews everyone from the receptionists to the physios are so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend these guys.
Went to see Mia several months ago with extreme pain on left side. Not even able to sleep on left side at all due to trapped nerve in neck. I just graduated and cannot thank Mia enough for getting me to a level that has enabled me to do the activities I want to go back too and also how to manage moving forward with exercises and strength building. Thank you and will miss coming into The Physios. Super friendly team. Free parking which is a bonus as right next to Hallamshire hospital where parking is impossible.
I could not recommend The Physios enough!! For context, I had a trampolining accident where I dislocated my elbow, causing a fracture and lots of soft tissue damage (including ligaments and tendons in my elbow). The consultant advised me to have intensive physio several times a week, before deciding whether or not to operate on me. Jon Grayson was my Physio, and I genuinely could not recommend him enough. Excellent service extremely professional and friendly staff. I originally visited the practice due to upper back pain and headaches Johnny was able to diagnose that the issue was actually my neck which had very little free movement thereby causing both the back pain and the headaches. During that first session he was able to manipulate my neck and the relief from the pain was instant he gave me exercises to do at home also was able to provide a prescription for me for an anti inflammatory which has helped with the pain. In one year, with the care and support that I have received from The Physios, I have progressed from being unable to use my left leg (due to drop foot) to having 99% feeling and use back.
