Couldn't recommend The Physios more!! Sarah was such a good physio. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she helped me not only build strength but also fix my running technique to stop future injuries. Going to her helped me run PB's in the 5km, 10km, half marathon and full marathon this year! Thank you so much Sarah
Cannot recommend The Physios highly enough. My 17 year old son played a lot of rugby and had lower back pain for months. Other physios totally missed the issue whereas from the very first appointment we had with Sarah Brownhill she diagnosed exactly what the problem was. She advised us to get an MRI scan and this verified a pars fracture. Sarah was honest yet compassionate with my son about the long recovery time and really supported him over an 18 month period.
