I cannot recommend The Physios enough. I felt genuinely cared for by Safina immediately who was very efficient, yet creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. My problem was identified and treated by Paul who is so knowledgeable and an outstanding skilled professional. He was able to communicate and treat the issue straight away. A long term issue resolved in 24 hours.
I visited the Physios after a metatarsal injury and working with Sarah has been absolutely brilliant. Everything was clearly explained and the whole journey, from rehab to return to running, was tailored. Her knowledge, care, and support throughout the entire process has been second to none. I cannot recommend Sarah and the Physios highly enough. Fantastic group of people!
I highly recommend The Physios. Members of the reception team have always been extremely welcoming. As a relatively newcomer to running, I'd developed a few niggles and decided to seek some advice. Jon was brilliant. He assessed my injuries and also my running form. He gave great practical advice along with targeted strengthening exercises to help me to prevent further injuries. He also suggested a realistic and achievable running plan to help me get back on track with my 5k runs. Thanks for a great professional service.
