I went to Laura in so much pain and also really worried about what was wrong. My lower right back had been such agony that I couldn't even turn my head, I couldn't sit or stand and nothing eased it. During the session Laura made me feel completely comfortable, identified the issue and worked on the area. By the end of the session I was able to touch my toes again!! I was thrilled. I can’t thank ‘The Physio Joint’ enough! Earlier this year I was referred to them by a family friend for shin splint issues which was addressed with haste by Dale. But 3-4 weeks I experienced a new calf problem in the run up to Snowdon marathon. Thanks to Dale and his quick action and planning, we worked with what little time I had to create a structure, where I could run without pain, but also not lose any fitness to get me to the start of the race. I have been receiving treatment for a shoulder issue and found Dale to be incredibly polite, professional and courteous. He took time to establish what the problem was before working with me to devise a suitable plan of action in order to get my shoulder working again. The Physio Joint is well-equipped with treatment rooms and fitness/activity studio, and their prices are also competitive (you certainly can't put a price on your health!) I would happily recommend the services that The Physio Joint provide.
