I have had the best experience recently whilst attending The Physio Clinic Glasgow for a much needed assessment and advice following severe hip and knee pain. Arran’s input has been immeasurable in helping me on my journey back to good health. His knowledge and expertise in this field are second to none. Always the professional giving great advice, full explanation and guidance on exercises, checking in on my progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic highly to friends, family or colleagues.

Cannot recommend Arran enough with his professionalism, knowledge & friendly manner. My severe sciatica and lower back pain subsided with his physio over just two months (4 sessions) with exercises given based on my ability & preferences. Arran ensures your tailored plan is feasible and sustainable with work commitments and life and really understands this to make it work for you. My only regret is I wish I had gone a lot sooner! Don’t hesitate to book in.

Came in 4 months ago with rotator cuff pain, and after assessing my shoulder rob gave me a gym plan to follow. He kept in contact throughout and scheduled follow up appointments to ensure my shoulder was always progressing. My shoulder is now totally pain free

Couldn’t recommend the clinic enough. Suffered a pretty awful knee injury (torn ACL+LCL+Meniscus) playing football, the first serious injury of my career at a point time where I felt at the top of my game, my club physio told me I’d be out for at least a year and naturally I felt like my playing days were over already. I went seeking a second opinion and scheduled an appointment with Arran, I was immediately met with a much more positive optimistic attitude, which gave me hope that I could be back sooner than first thought. ... read more

Came to The Physio Clinic in December after going to several other practices and got told nothing more than my shoulder pain was just from overtraining and I was to rest. Arran found the real problem which was a rotator cuff injury ! Just 6 weeks on of my rehab plan I’ve gone from not being able to do any chest flys/ bench movements to being back training with high intensity. Top class place top class guy.
