The puppies come from PUPPY MILLS! They store claims that they come from a breeder in Kansas...no responsible breeder would send her puppies all the way to NC to be sold to people she will never meet. The USDA inspects her kennel- that just means she has to provide food, water, and shelter. The parents of the puppies sold here do not receive any exercise or attention. This is not the first review I have written about the Pet Pad on the YellowPages but it looks like the Pet Pad has somehow had their reviews erased. Last month I went to the pet pad to see if I could find a backpack with a perch for my daughters bird. I walked in and this place smelled horrible. They had puppies a whole wall of them in these tiny little cages with people standing around pointing and knocking on the glass! It was pathetic!
