Carol is excellent. I had seen her previously for a minor adductor tear ( groin strain). The massage, needling and strength exercises supported a rapid and complete recovery and I was soon back climbing. More recently the arthritis in my hips has been getting worse. Thanks greatly to Jared and the Performance Clinic in the treatment and care given to my daughter when she tore her meniscus and which was also complicated by some rare knee physiology. I can highly recommend them.
I've suffered shoulder pain on and off for many years. A friend suggested I try The Performance Clinic. I saw Andre today. He was very thorough and understanding, explaining everything clearly and allowing time for any questions before making sure I could correctly do his prescribed exercises. I feel very hopeful of a full recovery.
Really knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and proven to know their stuff about joints! First time using a physio service and would recommend them entirely
