Waited over 40 mins to be seen, which I can be patient with but when I inquired at the reception desk as I did have to communicate with work when I would be back, was met with a hard faced unhelpful closed response. No consideration for the patient. The 2 receptionists continued to chat the entire time I waited, about nothing important or relevant to their job, but couldn’t have the decency to at least fein interest or understanding of my request.
Extremely unhelpful and rude receptionists. The system of having to call at exactly 8am to get an appointment for the same day is already terrible as it is, but if you couple this with some of the worst customer service, it becomes a big problem. When you are on hold to the surgery you are reminded several times to not be rude to a member of staff. What about the other way around? Can they be rude to patients? This doctors surgery is now an appalling service if you can get to see a doctor amazing but trying to get an appointment has become a headache ! Have been at this surgery many years with no problem but since Covid the receptionists dreadful from the minute you speak to them you know it’s going to be difficult experience, I havnt had a tablet review for three years just because they make it so difficult for you …, unfortunately private healthcare is the way forward
