The hotel is amazing. The amenities and rooms were beautiful and extremely detailed.

Feeling disappointed tonight. We made a trip to see a show and decided to also stay overnight so we could go to the chocolate bar. Once we arrived to the peninsula, we were told that the chocolate bar was not being done until February 14th. We were so looking forward to this. Wish this was communicated some way so that we hadn’t made plans to stay in a hotel and spend that money.

The Pen Chicago is my oasis in the city. I bring all my guests there and we use it as home base for everything downtown Chicago. They take care of you like you are a celebrity. 💚 The Peninsula.

Always have had a great, pleasant experience at this world-class hotel. Even give our kiddos, who decided when they are older they are moving into the Peninsula, the 5-star treatment.
