Stayed 5 nights and as usual with Peninsula it was perfect all the way ... When in Chicago or any other city with a Peninsula, don’t look any further just book and you will experience proper hospitality
lovely tea service. everything was delicious and the teas were superb. my littlest one was a bit grouchy, and they really went the extra mile to help her feel welcome. i usually do iced tea on the terrace, but i will definitely return for high tea. :)

We stayed last weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was amazing and treated us like royalty. The room was spotless and gorgeous! It’s all about the little things and they have thought of every detail! Wonderful from beginning to end!
First time at the Sunday Brunch! Everything from food, accommodation, room and music - just superb! Though my daughter waited forever for her water to be refilled. Our server was very busy serving I don’t know how many tables.
