Top notch everything you could think of!
The workers r always nice!
Feeling disappointed tonight. We made a trip to see a show and decided to also stay overnight so we could go to the chocolate bar. Once we arrived to the peninsula, we were told that the chocolate bar was not being done until February 14th. We were so looking forward to this. Wish this was communicated some way so that we hadn’t made plans to stay in a hotel and spend that money.
Not worth the money. No attention to detail. Was disappointed in the lack of service.
Great place to stay very elegant and historic.

Always have had a great, pleasant experience at this world-class hotel. Even give our kiddos, who decided when they are older they are moving into the Peninsula, the 5-star treatment.
