Beautiful hotel with a huge focus on service.
When we come to Chicago there is no other place we will stay than The Peninsula Chicago. The hotel is 5 star, the service is impeccable, the rooms and accomodations are first class. There is NO attention to detail that is left out. In addition to it being the perfect place to stay, the location is fabulous.
Went for afternoon tea with the family. Top notch. Service was impeccable. They accommodated our daughter’s food allergy needs so well.
The Peninsula Hotel is the most luxurious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and the room service is awesome. I’m loving my stay here

A Rooftop Redefined! Z Bar is a stunning new addition to the array of rooftop establishments located in Chicago, but it is definitely the most sophisticated and gorgeous option perched above Michigan Avenue and the Water Tower. The amazing space coupled with wonderful food and beverage options and stellar service make this a must visit this Summer!
