Fantastic! Top selection, quality, and service. Bunch was really nice.
The Peninsula is a beautiful hotel w/a very friendly and accommodating staff. The entire hotel, including the Spa atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the food in the main dining room, which was a disappointment. It lacked flavor and not was not very good. However, our room service breakfast was perfect.
We spent a long weekend at the Peninsula this past weekend. To say we were happy with our room and service was an understatement. The room was lovely and immaculate, the bathroom was amazing, and every single staff person was kind, attentive, and helpful. I needed to have oxygen delivered for my stay, and they ensured all went smoothly. When we went downstairs, they promptly helped us with doors and managing traffic, which was so helpful, because doors are hard with a wheelchair. Stunning hotel. Technologically savy and well maintained. The service is exceptional. We loved staying there. Just checked out today (23/3/18), had time permitted, we would have stayed there a bit longer. Real 5* hotel.
Awesome hotel and service. There is no need to leave hotel, it has everything...great bar, restaurants, and spa.
