The Peninsula Chicago went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Everyone we came into contact with was so nice and helpful. This hotel is very attentive to details. From being greeted at the entrance (thank you Will) to check in to housekeeping and the concierge,(Steve),everyone seemed genuinely concerned about our stay. The driver of the hotel car, Cornelius, was very helpful getting us to destinations and was truly a very kind person. I do not think another hotel will ever top this one.
