Went to see Lizzie back in March after having a hysterectomy in Feb, just for a piece of mind regarding my pelvic floor and for advice moving forward in my recovery. Lizzie was very proffesional and calming, putting me at ease straight away, as i’m a very anxious person. She was very informative, and gave me really good advice and i felt a lot better after the session. Would highly recommend, and will definitely go back Thank you

Really great session with Lizzie. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. 100% recommend to anyone as a post birth mot! Was really reassuring and in places I need to work on i now know what I need to do to build strength again
