The team have done everything to offer support throughout the crisis and continue to do so. They have been proactive in helping.
Disorganised Unreliable Extremely slow
This service is an absolute joke! I have been promised a call back from the manager following up a referal from my gp for 5 weeks now! They never call. It took 3 days for someone to answer the phone. Not good atall for people desperatly trying to get help.
Absolutely fantastic service from the start! Taking in to account how under staffed and under funded they are, they have always gone above and beyond! I have come so far with Hannah. I will sad when I finally “graduate” as it’s a lovely family atmosphere! Thank you to everyone there
