I have never been so patronised, dismissed, not listened to, or so judged in my entire life as I was by Dr Saleem. He is clearly not a fan of middle aged, independent, intelligent western women. He could do with some diversity and equalities training and learning to not bring his religious beliefs into my medical consultation. This practice is unhelpful and appears unaware of NHS protocols. Here is my partner's experience: After injuring my ribs playing rugby, A&E staff informed me that fractured ribs heal on their own and recommended I manage the pain with GP-prescribed painkillers after their small emergency supply ran out. Park Surgery initially said I could collect a prescription the next day but later insisted I needed an appointment. absolutely shocking gp, would strongly suggest not signing up to this surgery. constant negligence. would give no starts if i could
We've only been with this surgery for a year and have had to use them more than we would have liked to, but I can only praise the excellent reception staff. Empathetic, efficient and friendly.
Recently registered here, the attitudes and approach are like night and day in comparison to my previous practice (airdrie)
