Terrible management and customer service! I still have work orders in that have not been filled since October 2014! It's about to be November 2015!!!! I'm looking forward to moving!
Sure the price is great but remember you get what you pay for! Be expected to witness murders,if you’re a girl to be be assaulted by men (I have photos and a police report to prove it), hear loud music at all hours,have the dumpster filled to the top and smell the entire complex,never have the pool open even though you pay for it,have huge bugs and roaches crawling anywhere and everywhere,have leaks in your home,air conditioner never work,maintenance negligence,and rude managers.but yes the price is great!
This place is the worst I have ever seen. Earlier today, someone urinated off the stairwell and onto our porch WHILE being outside. This $200 apartment is not worth the almost $900 that we pay. And I couldn't even get to my apartment after work this evening because, once again, the cops have this place surrounded. We were sold a package of lies. Seriously, Blue Rock properties hollowed out a pile of shit and called it an apartment complex.
I'm HOTT!!! I moved here in 2011 when the apartments were Highland Bluff. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Then they became The Abbey. I Loved them too. Then came along Blue Rock Partners llc and the name changed to The Park at Carlyle and EVERYTHING went downhill. Maintenance sucks, rent is extremely expensive, and they care NOTHING about their residents! I go out of my way each month to make sure my high $700 + rent is paid on time and today I received a notice of noncompliance claiming I owe a balance on my account. Well, my bank acco... read more
