I've lived here for almost 2 years. my lease is up in November and I will not be renewing. I've had several problems with pests and neighbors. I literally couldn't stay at my apartment last night because of a roach infestation. I called emergency maintenance and he said the best they could do was get pest control out in the morning. I have been calling for about an hour now trying to get an update on the situation but NO ONE will answer the phone.

Why is the damn water being cut off multiple times!!! All the fucking time!! Like ok ,yes it takes time to fix stuff but this happens way too much and its way too much of a inconvience ���������������������
This place is awesome and have been here for years but you do have to be aware of your surroundings just like any other place. Idk what some of these people are talking bad about the place being nasty because it's not and I Never have roaches. They keep the ground very clean so, again, I have no idea what these people are talking about. There's 600 Units here so on Holidays like Christmas, All of the Dumpsters are full, very full, but that's to be expected. I just moved into my apartment. Roaches running around, dishwasher is backing up into kitchen sink. Maintenance arrived today and my remote to my TV has gone missing along with two of my prescription pills. Not to accuse anyone, but that's a little strange. Has anyone else had this problem?
Same as The Park at Callington. DO NOT RENT HERE! You cannot speak with anyone about anything, they will not respond. They have lost my personal pay information and I'm having to pursue legal action. DO NOT DO IT!
Live somewhere else. Anywhere else. Bugs are awful. Management is worse.
