Ive stayed in some the Worst areas of Birmingham but this Property takes the Cake! Everything about it is Corrupt from the Management to the Maintenance team. I wouldnt recommend any Properties owned by Contour Properties. Not to forget to Mention, we have been without running water for 72 hrs+ and is still Off as I complete this Review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or Hard earned Money MOVING HERE‼️🗣
Worst place to ever move to, shut em done. Mold is in these buildings and they don’t pay their water bill that’s included in our paid rent.
this is the worst place on earth for anyone to be living,they turn off water a whole day until 10 the following night now it's been 2 days ,no 1 informed us ,
Pay they water bill, fix the property.
My apt wasn’t move in ready. I have been fixing things and cleaning every since I moved in which was sept 4. Also there was sewage leaking since move in day. Also there was a mass shooting. My place was a crime scene emergency maintenance never came out until later the next day to replace the patio door bc bullets broke the glass. In the living room alone I have 15 bullet holes. They shot from the 2 br on up to the door. Then 2 days later more shots. These ppl don’t listen and have nasty attitudes in the office!!! This place... read more
The staff and maintenance is very rude. My neighbors above me hot water tank was leaking the end of January, I had 2 call corporate in Michigan to get them to come gut the closet out the middle of February. It's the end of June, my pantry haven't been painted or shelves haven't been put back in yet. I'm just TIRED of this. Been here 4 years, and since Contour took over...SMH
I live at this property currently and believe me I am looking to move as we speak. This apartment complex is being run by people that do not care about you at all. My AC has been out for two days and although I have called numerous times and submitted numerous requests. they have not fixed it. And don't even talk about them coming to fix a leak in my master bathroom. They tore the ceiling out and then never came back to fix it. i have a broken master bedroom window. Management and Maintenance Please
They don't have security I was rob at gunpoint the thug took my keys which had a key to my apartment they don't have on call maintenance I was told I would have to pay 50.00 to get my locks change not only that they said they couldn't do it right away because people were out of water which was more important that a gun being place to my head
