Water was supposed to be on by 12pm. It's 2pm now and still no water. This is a monthly thing with the water but you have outrageous charges for water. It's no wonder your turn over rate is so high in here. So glad I'll be out of here next week myself.
They sent my aunt a fraudulent eviction notice, not even the right form for lot rent only and it wasn't event sent legally....no management now,what a joke!
High quality homes and beautiful landscape, my family especially enjoyed the gorgeous trees and gardens, some of the homes featured. The staff has been amazing, I have and will continue to recommend this community to my family and friends. Thank you for everything palms!!!
Alot of changes are being made here for the better. We have lived here for over a year now. rented the first year now have bought our home. they were very helpful and made the whole process simple. We dont plan on going anywhere for a while.
