Kate, Cory and Laura in the office extremely helpful and welcoming. I've lived here for over a year and feel right at home. Good schools close by and everything I need in walking distance, so I'm able to walk when I feel up to it. My girls love the pool during the summer and playground all year round. Thanks to management for keeping this neighborhood nice.
I do not care for the way this park is being run. I miss arredondo farms where the office went out of there way for their community. Seems like all they want here is $$. I've lived out here for 18+ years and we own our home but it wasn't till recently we would get late payment notices on our door mind you I find is very impersonal on top we are hardly ever late. An it is always paid. This is just ridiculous. On top of this my husband seeked employment out here but apparently you can not live in the park and work for it. Funn... read more
