never come fix things
Love it so far, don't have any complaints. Staff is very helpful.
Not the best place to own a home. This community does not take good care of their home owners. Their lot rent is the cost of a loft apartment, almost $500 just for home owners, not if you are a renter. Issues take 5-8 months to get resolved, even when you contact everyone of their staff members, including management. The community has safety issues, with approximately 110 incidents reported, anywhere from theft to assault. It is nice and quiet we pay rent on time but are floors are no good only tile and carpet holding floor sent bunch of emails now there pushing us out of lease with is ok we leaving either way they can't keep up with maintmence Cory will tell u what u want to hear to get u in I still live hear 06/2017 all send pics of floor 3526728488
From the first time when I came through few years ago to what it is now; its amazing. They have done an excellent job! The staff is professional and the community is very clean. I would highly recommend this community!!
I lived here for about five years now. I'm glad that chose The Palms of Archer. If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend The Palms Archer. They'll take care of ya.
I love the office team they are always friendly and willing to help!!! The maintenance crew is fast and friendly!
I live here for 28 years, and i loved. very well taking care, clean, good neighbor very friendly management, any help i need, they come to my doors. is the best place to live for me. we got the best manager...Babu, Brenden, and sweet Kate. They help you to live here, in Peace and Happy . Mercedes.
