I was sold on lies & empty promises. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management/front office team is so far beyond incompetent at their jobs it's scary. But one individual in particular, the sales rep Joe Danieri, is the very definition of a con man. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM HIM. I filled out an application to rent a home from the Palms of archer. I did everything I was supposed to on my behalf. I turned in all my paperwork in a timely manner and I got a money order as directed for $50 to run my application. I let two weeks go by and I never heard anything back from them when I called to the office the sales gentleman explained to me that my application was never ran that he could run it today. Our experience has been rough but to not give into a big story Yes Communities charged us double the first month and at first was willing to send us a refund so we waited for three weeks because that’s what we were told however no one at any point decided to contact us over this issue when we began to ask questions here at the local office they had no idea what was going on, when we finally got ahold of Yes Communities they told us it had come up as insufficientfunds on their side so they don’t owe us anything. I have been here for over 30 yrs. every time you turn around it’s new managers with new rules never followed up on. This place has gone downhill so bad since we moved in!
Just moved in a week ago and nothing but positive. Already have most of my work orders done with. So in love with this place ❤️
Purchased a home here with the help of Cory and Kate. They pretty much lead us through every step of the purchase and then some. My four kids love it here and feel safe to run and play with the neighbor kids, plus their school is a walk away. If it wasn't for the diligent, forthcoming, and positive staff I wouldn't even considered moving here. These guys go above and beyond for their residents.
