i was seriously considering moving there till I saw they evicted a disabled 84 yr old man, the place is heartless, don't need to live in a place that has no compassion for the elders.
Disgusting management practices. I would absolutely not recommend living here. They will find any way to evict you and keep your deposit. DO NOT MOVE HERE, especially if you’re elderly. An 84 year old man who has been living here for years was evicted for late rent. He has been paying a $75 late for the past six years because his social security check comes later in the month. Lot rent ends up being more than your mortgage and you are stuck in an endless situation with being upside down in your mortgage its a shame been out here since 99 my home isnt worth what i still owe and was told they buy homes back when i moved here now all if a sudden they DONT
Office staff is always kind and greets you when you walk in the door. Work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion. Great place to live.
This is a nice place to live but there are a few problems. First the recycling bins are always full. Second the garbage collection is once a week, therefore they are flies all over. Third there is no road side pickup if you’re spring cleaning, thus they’re rollaway in the back. Only problem not open on weekends and only 8-5 Monday thru Friday.
