I just wanted to take a minute to thank Chef Tom and his staff for making our family vacation complete. It is very rare that when you come back from vacation that one of the kids favorite memories is a restaurant that you are at but ours cannot stop talking about it. Chef Tom is a culinary genius and a genuine host of the highest degree. He made my family feel at home and introduced me to culinary delights that I have never experienced before.
