We spent a week in the area and this was the most outstanding meals we've had. Top quality food with very nice presentation in an average building but also outstanding service. Eat there!
We had an amazing dinner after a full day of skiing at Sugar Mountain. There were 8 people in our party, and we had excellent and quick service. Everyone raved about their meals!! We started out with calamari fries, oysters, and fried green beans for starters. For entrees we enjoyed filets, shrimp mac n cheese, pork chops, eggplant Parmesan, and ahi tuna with wedge salads and soups. Absolute best in town. Highly recommend, reasonably priced, creative food selections and wonderful owners and staff.
I love everything and will eat anything Chef Tom makes.
Sorry, but I wasn't impressed. The food isn't worth the price, but thats true for pretty much most of the places in Banner Elk. People here are awesome, but the food is not gourmet at any of the places here. It's OK, not bad.
I love this place. the best halibut ever. Hoping they will have halibut this Saturday evening
