I have had a few dealings with car body repair shops in the past and I can confidently say that my experience with the Paint & Body Shop, Beckenham was exceptional. The staff, especially Caroline and Chris are very friendly, courteous and professional. Can’t recommend Chris and the team more highly. Our mini was returned to us in a better condition than when it left the forecourt! Got a nasty scratch on my pride and joy that needed a panel respray and blend. Not an easy job. Chris and team were super professional and did a fantastic job. Lovely bunch of guys too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Another vehicle went into the back of me, and their insurance company organised for my car to be repaired here. My car needed extensive work done with a new boot, bumper and side panel. I didn’t think my car would be as it was before the accident and I was right - it was better. When I picked it up the guys had worked miracle and the car actually looked new. Would recommend.
After being let down by 2 other repair garages, Chris and his team at Paint and Bodyshop came to the rescue. They were able to manage the whole process of getting my car fixed in a very quick time. I was kept informed of the progress and given all the information I needed to plan not having my car, they did supply a courtesy car.
