The team came out to work on our back garden - a complete overhaul. I'm afraid to say that nothing went right from the beginning. While the team redid a lot of the work so it was up to scratch, we've been left with an extremely uneven lawn, it's really bumpy (and therefore hard to mow), and we have a huge puddle collects at the bottom right of the lawn and rather than being the best area in the garden it's now a nightmare - looks good, but is awful when you walk over it.
