Staff are incompetent and rude you can never get an appointment the phone line is shocking they won't give you a call back as a whole the place is a joke shop wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Our experience at the Surgery has been fantastic. I have fought for myself and 2 of my children to have issues looked at properly for years at other surgeries. I went to see the doctors at Oswald road and my children are now receiving the care and many surgeries they need and my issues are all been thoroughly investigated. We have had such short wait times for our treatments too. The nurse I see is wonderful. She has sat and talked through anything I've needed to at great length. She's fantastic. This surgery has very rude staff. I'm not a person who contacts the doctors regularly, I have to be in pain or discomfort to ring. I dont like bothering unless need too. I've been in pain for about 6weeks treating it at home, pain has got very much worse. I ask for a appointment to see a doctor. They rang me was extremely rude. They said, " which needs sorting the quickess" wasn't interested in my other problems. This isn't the 1st time they have been rude. I am moving to a new doctors surgery.
