The receptionist at the basement was extremely rude and pushy. Not helpful at all neither to us nor to an old lady who didn't speak English. She was also extremely rude treating the coworkers. This is unacceptable. This was approx at 2:30pm 4 Oct. 2024. BUT *The physiotherapist was excellent* This is a follow up on my above review. The next time I passed by her “the receptionist”, she was nice. May by she was having a bad day.
So, I visited the hospital for an ankle injury. I went to the MRI centre downstairs . I am extremely nervous of MRI scanning machines I do not like confined spaces . Gerry and Amelia were running the scanner .Honestly they could not have been nicer . They were so reassuring and kind .In fact Amelia came and held my hand throughout the scan ! This review is specifically for the receptionists at the center. Extremely rude & condescending reception on arrival. Never seen such treatment at any health centre/hospital before, let alone a private one! Not a reflection on the fantastic orthopaedic surgeons at the centre.
Superb service. Have seen Prof Haddad several times over the years and the treatment and service has always been exemplary. Today I had an MRI scan and consultation. The entire experience was smooth, efficient and felt very Covid safe too. Was able to book the appointment relatively easily considering the restrictions. Highly recommended
