We came for our final scan yesterday, we have been for gender reveals and 4D scans with both of our babies and would never go anywhere else. From the minute you walk in the staff are so lovely, so welcoming and very knowledgeable, they can't do enough for you. Everything is made so personal to you and it is completely magical, the staff care about your well-being, as well as, being genuinely excited when they see your baby on the screen (even though they see hundreds). If I could give more than 5 stars I really would, from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome and special. We booked a 4D scan and unfortunately we didn't get the photos we had hoped for, but we were reassured that they would get the photos even if it meant us going back. Well, we went back another 3 times!! They were so amazing and so accommodating and just kept saying "don't you worry, we will get the photos" All the staff are absolutely amazing. Just had the most amazing sneak peek gender scan at window to the womb Nottingham. I’ve had several scans and I have to say this was by far my best experience. Everyone was so incredibly lovely and welcoming, and so thorough in explaining everything and making me feel at ease and reassured. Could not recommend more, can’t thank the ladies working there enough, you’re all incredible!!
We visited 28th June to find out what we were having. They were brilliant, couldn't fault them one bit from entering up until the very end. All the staff were welcoming and kind. They went through everything and explained in detail. We had the lights turn on to find out 💙 I'd 100% recommend these to anyone, definitely worth it! From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel completely comfortable, cared for, and genuinely excited about this special time in my life, despite some scary moments along the way.
