The receptionist was lovely when we first came in, explained everything that was going to happen in the scan and made sure to ask the right questions regarding how we want the gender (in a sealed envelope) I messaged before hand to say I would have 9 people in total with me and they was so accommodating, greeted everyone and even let my relative have my sister on FaceTime who was on holiday in Greece! We had our gender scan yesterday and what a beautiful experience it was. It felt so special from start to finish. We were able to bring a bigger group of family with us rather than being restricted to a few people. We got little goodie bags afterwards - unexpected, lovely touch! Thank you so much.
Small family run business and it shows. Customer service was 10/10 owner behind reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lady who did the scan itself was also brilliant, gave us loads of information, made it so fun and informative. Lit the room up blue to match the gender. I know lots of people that are return customers and I will also be returning and recommending to anyone looking for a private scan. You can also take as many people as you like with you.
The atmosphere from the reception was electric. Robin has an amazing personality and a lovely sense of humor. The sonographer Aisha and the other lady(sadly i did not get her name) where equally amazing. I felt welcomed and seen. I definitely recommend them.
Me and my partner had the most amazing time at our gender scan today. All the people working were so lovely and kind and really made sure we felt relaxed as I was a little nervous. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a scan. This is a beautiful memory for us and makes it even better that it was such a wonderful experience. Thank you! x
