Honestly, I would give them a 100 stars if I could, the level of service and care is incredible and don't get me started on the staff, such an AMAZING group of ladies..... We never once had a bad experience and we was there monthly haha! Everything we experienced was 10/10 and I would recommend to EVERYONE!!! The receptionist was lovely when we first came in, explained everything that was going to happen in the scan and made sure to ask the right questions regarding how we want the gender (in a sealed envelope) I messaged before hand to say I would have 9 people in total with me and they was so accommodating, greeted everyone and even let my relative have my sister on FaceTime who was on holiday in Greece! Such a lovely experience, 10 out of 10! We opted to find out the gender in the room and the scan lady did a little mini gender reveal which was fun. The lights added a lovely touch. I felt she really looked after me as a soon to be mum! The lady behind the reception desk explained absolutely everything about how the scan would run and looked after us before we went in. They were all super bubbly and friendly. Even gave us some Christmas treats as we left 🥹❤️ Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Nottingham!
Absolutely can't rate this place highly enough! The best private scan we've had. From start to finish, the experience was so positive, happy and relaxed. Super friendly staff. My partner and I had the most fantastic experience having our sneak peek gender scan. The team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. During the scan everything was explained to us, and all questions answered with a smile. They made this a truly special experience for us, and joined us in our excitement for our little one. We can’t thank the team enough and would recommend them to anyone!
