Great and quick service in the store. The person working there Jamia (sic) was very helpful and knowledgeable l. We bought a bed and were out of the store in 20 minutes!
I'm deeply frustrated with the delays to my order. As an interior designer, I was promised an 8-10 week delivery, but I've now discovered the lead time will be missed, forcing my clients to wait another 4-6 weeks. Shockingly, no one from the company bothered to inform me. This delay is severely disrupting the project, while all other elements remain on track. Extremely disappointing experience with The Original Bed Co. I strongly advise against relying on this company.

This is the second bed from OBC. The first was excellent some year ago, however this was shocking. Nearly impossible to put together with terrible instructions (it looked like a multiple photocopy of a photocopy…) Now it’s built it squeaks, even though everything is tight. Poor.
