I have been asking for help with supplies for my dad who has Alzheimers and is extremely incontinent. I sent everything back the paperwork and the samples back in August, but heard nothing, I chased them continually but still received no help. Then they said they had never received the paperwork, I had written the date it was supplied down, so when they searched the samples had been sent and the paperwork was still kicking around on the office desk 3 months later. I have been a patient at the Orchard Medical Centre for nearly three years. I am always well looked after and given appointments quickly. Dr. Warlow, my primary GP is very caring and always goes out of her way to ask me how my life is going. It's the little things like this that make me appreciate Dr. Warlow and the Orchard Medical Centre very much.
