I was really nervous about getting my hair cut today, it's something I’ve been putting off for a while because of the anxiety around it. But from the moment I walked into the salon, I felt so at ease. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and they made me feel completely comfortable. I can’t recommend this little hidden gem of a salon enough, I travel 40 minutes from my home town to get my hair done here and it’s well worth the travel. I have recently had the pleasure of experiencing their new head spa treatment which is just absolute heaven! This treatment is relaxing and deluxe pampering, I can’t wait to have this again. Awful salon over bleached my hair it was patchy and green in some areas, asked for it to be fixed a few days after as she wanted to curl my hair never wear my hair curled, couldn't fit me in for another appointment in the time I had, then she was away, didn't really care that she had ruined my hair, kept asking her if she was understanding what I wanted, has now taken 5 other appointments with a different salon to get to what I was asking for, never offered a refund, awful, quick enough to take your money.
It was my first time at this salon and I had such a great experience. Sophie was super friendly and she did such a great job with my hair. Will definitely be back!🥰xx
